It’s Finally Here… My TEDx Talk Is Live!

There are moments in life that feel bigger than a goal.

Moments that represent years of growth, rejection, preparation, courage, and believing in something before anyone else could fully see it.

Standing on the TEDx red dot was one of those moments for me.

What many people don’t see is that this journey didn’t happen overnight. It came after years of speaking, years of learning, years of helping leaders grow… and years of quietly wondering if I would ever be ready to share this message on a TEDx stage.

And then one day, the email came: “Congratulations…”

I still remember staring at the screen in disbelief.

But the truth is, getting onto the red dot wasn’t the finish line. It was the responsibility.  At that moment, it all became real.  Now I had to write the message and deliver it well.

Because when you step onto a TEDx stage, you’re not there just to give a speech. You’re there to share an idea worth spreading.

That phrase actually became the foundation of TED Talks when TED officially launched in 1984. TED originally stood for Technology, Entertainment, and Design, bringing together innovative thinkers with one mission: to share ideas that could change the way people see the world.

Today, TED Talks have been viewed billions of times globally because people are searching for ideas that inspire growth, perspective, courage, and action.

And that’s exactly why this talk matters so much to me.

My TEDx Talk is about leadership growth. Not titles. Not status. Not perfection. Growth.

Because the world is changing faster than ever, yet many leaders are still expected to figure leadership out on their own.

We promote people for performance… but often fail to prepare them to lead people well.

And the impact of that is everywhere: Burnout. Disengagement. Poor communication. People feeling unseen, unheard, and undervalued.

I believe leadership growth can change that.

In this talk, I share the shifts leaders must make if we want to build healthier teams, stronger cultures, and workplaces where people actually want to show up and contribute.

This message is deeply personal to me because I’ve lived it.

I’ve been the high performer handed the “manager manual” expected to magically know how to lead people. I’ve made mistakes. I got feedback that I wasn’t doing a good job and I’ve had to grow. And I still am.

That’s why this TEDx talk isn’t just a professional milestone for me. It’s a message I hope reaches the people who need it most.

The leader trying their best. The manager feeling overwhelmed. The person questioning whether growth still matters. The human being who wants to make a greater impact on others.

If this message resonates with you, I would be so grateful if you watched it, shared it, or sent it to someone who needs encouragement right now.

Because maybe leadership growth isn’t measured in inches anymore… Maybe it’s measured in impact.
