Information you give us directly. When you fill out a form on our website, submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, book a call, subscribe to our email list, or contact us, we may collect:

- Company name and your job title
- Information about your organization (such as size) and what you are looking for (such as a keynote, a leadership program, timing, or the challenge you want help with)
- Anything else you choose to include in a message to us
Information collected automatically. When you visit our website, standard web server and analytics data may be collected, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and the site you came from. Our website may use cookies or similar technologies for basic functionality and analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some parts of the site may not work as well if you do.
Information from advertising platforms. We advertise on Facebook and Instagram (Meta). If you submit a lead form in one of our ads, Meta passes the information you provided in that form to us. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email kelly@thekellymerblercompany.com and ask to be removed at any time. We may still send you emails necessary to a service you have engaged us for.

We keep inquiry and client information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our legal and business record-keeping obligations, and we delete or anonymize it when it is no longer needed.
